Flat Rate Shipping & Handling within the United States:
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.* For purchases up to USD$100, the cost of shipping depends upon the purchase amount. For purchases over USD$100 (before any applicable tax) SHIPPING IS FREE within the US.

If your order is received before 5pm (Pacific Time) we will ship on the next business day. If there is any kind of delay, we will endeavor to inform you. We are not responsible for the whereabouts of your order once USPS tracking states that your purchase has been delivered to the address you supplied.

Overseas purchasers:
We do sell to customers outside the continental US, but it’s a little difficult to do all the shipping equations and such online. So if you’d like to find out about buying from outside the US, just contact us and we can send you a quote with shipping costs included and information on how to make your purchase - please include the shipping address, so we can calculate the shipping most accurately.
Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, just contact us within 21 days of receiving it and we can discuss your return. Once you get return authorization, we will send you a return mail slip. Please DO NOT return an item without authorization, or you will not be credited.
You will receive a store credit (not a refund) for the price of your item(s), minus the cost of shipping the purchase back to Hemingway and Pickett.
If you have any questions at all about our policy or your purchase, please just contact us. We are a small store, and as such cannot offer refunds, but we are always available to help you with your purchase – we want you to find something at Hemingway and Pickett that you’ll love and treasure for many years to come. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
